Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client designed to help the client achieve their personal or professional goals. Through coaching, you can gain clarity about what you want, explore options, challenge limitations, and take action to transform your life.

Coaching can benefit individuals who are seeking personal growth, looking to enhance their skills, facing a specific challenge, or wanting to achieve specific goals. If you’re open to self-reflection, motivated to make positive changes, and willing to invest time and effort into your development, coaching can be highly valuable.

Coaching sessions are typically one-on-one conversations with your coach, either in person, over the phone, or through video calls. During sessions, your coach will actively listen, ask powerful questions, and provide insights to help you explore possibilities, set goals, and develop action plans. Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental, and focused on your growth.

While our work together will primarily take place during pre-scheduled coaching sessions, your journey is ongoing.

During the intervals between sessions, you can reach out to me via email for limited support. Whether you have questions, want to share your story, or need to brainstorm ideas, I’m here to provide assistance. Additionally, we offer 20-minute “rapid-fire coaching” mini-session which can be added to your package as needed.
